George Stelling has spent over 30 years turning strategy into delivered results, in the seat, not from the sidelines.

George has led business and operational transformations across strategy, operations and lean, digital and IT, and finance, for middle-market and enterprise companies in the US and internationally.

George served as the first CIO of NVIDIA during its rise, ran global pricing and transformation at ON Semiconductor under TPG Capital, co-founded a private equity fund that raised $275M to turn around underperforming companies, and built his consulting career at Bain and Company in the US, South Africa, and London.

Today, George is CEO of Quadrillion Partners, where his teams have delivered $1.2B+ in enterprise value across 35-plus engagements for PE sponsors, family offices, and public companies in technology, industrials, and services. George also leads Lunation, a capital infrastructure management platform, and invests via Silicon Century Capital.
